Sketch proposals

Based on the information gathered from the meeting with the client and from the topographical survey together with  the site analysis, we develop a conceptual proposal for discussion and further development. The client is then presented with a layout aerial view and also with perspective drawings which show certain designed areas giving to the client the opportunity to see how it will look like in real life. A 3D digital model is also shown in the presentation which helps to visualise the new design.
